1. Cancellation Policy
- Project Cancellation: Clients have the right to cancel their project at any stage of the process. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible to ensure a smooth process for both parties.
- Notice Requirement: To cancel a project, clients should notify us via email or other formal communication channels.
2. Refund Policy
- Full Refund Eligibility: If a project is canceled before significant work has been completed, clients are eligible for a full refund, even if payment has been made in advance.
- Partial Work Completion: If a project has commenced but is canceled midway, refunds may be issued based on the proportion of work completed.
- No Refunds for Completed Projects: Once a project has been fully completed or delivered, refunds will not be issued.
3. Service Nature
- Retainer Services: For ongoing services such as SEO, social media management, or PPC marketing, clients may cancel their service within seven (7) days of the start date for a full refund.
- One-Time Services: For one-time services (e.g., website development or video editing), if substantial progress has been made or the project is completed, refunds are not provided.
4. Refund Processing
- Refund Timelines: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used by the client.
